Are you celebrating Independence Day this year? What are your plans? It’s wonderful to be able to celebrate this day. I love the fireworks, parades, the food and the friends. It’s going to be a hot one this year, how are you planning on staying cool? Hopefully for us there will be some pool time and cold drinks. Even though it’s been hot lately I really felt like baking so we have a rum cake waiting for the celebration. What’s your favorite 4th of July dessert?
